Tea Cup Thursday

One of my newest favorite teacups (if there is such a thing) is the gift I received from my daughter ( in-law)
for Christmas.
It has everything I like in a teacup - bone china thin,
this color combination flowers,
a pretty shape,
especially the handle.

She appreciates the old ones, too, and knows
how hard they are becoming to find.
Love you, Christy.

Teacup Thursday

This unusual teacup has to be included in my Teacup Thursday.
I've always loved colors with black.

And of course, my kitty Sarah has to part of the picture.

TeaCup Thursday

A lovely pattern very much all over the cup and saucer.
And the colors are calm and neutral.

Something to keep in mind when having to mix and match
various patters for a large (6 or more) tea gathering, which I seem
to have at times.

It is another Royal Patrician, out of Stafordshire, England,
which has since gone out of business.

Please companies, please don't stop making fine bone china
cups, saucers, teapots etc.

I sometimes feel a big desperate
and want to go online and buy up what I can.

Does anyone else feel that way?

Teacup Thursday

A very pretty blog I am following......
on Thursdays, we are all to post pictures
of our teacups for all followers to enjoy.

I will be busy for many a Thursday.
I have never counted how many
     teacups I really have.
It is time that I do and take pictures of each.
I'll let you know.
